Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a dynamic, accelerated one-on-one partnership in which you and a certified coach proactively strategize to accomplish your professional goals.  By fully and openly participating in the coaching process, you can more readily overcome obstacles that may be sabotaging your ability to achieve and sustain extraordinary results.  By understanding your own motives more clearly, you will also learn the most effective ways to draw upon the strengths of your subordinates and co-workers. This will create a mutually beneficial environment that will reinforce and support your own success.

A good leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader challenges people to go beyond their perceived limits…and produce extraordinary results.  To encourage and foster collaborative partnerships at all levels is the responsibility of a great leader (360 degree leadership). The partnership you are willing to create with your coach can be the catalyst for practicing this principle. The three (3) and six (6) month coaching agreements both cover the specialized assessments, weekly coaching sessions, email follow up and leadership evaluations with your team and direct peer management.

Although the focus of coaching may be in and around significantly improving your organizational performance and development, it will undoubtedly serve you in your personal life as well.

Coach BIO – Gloria Manchester, ICF-ACC Gloria Manchester is a certified executive coach. She is an entrepreneur and the current President of Leadership Education Action Programs (LEAP), a personality science trainer, and a Specialty Licensed New Money Story® Mentor Coach.  She has marketed and facilitated professional and personal development seminars nationwide for over 25 years. 
Gloria was also the president of a construction funds management escrow agency who did business with Fortune 500 financial companies across the country.  
She is a bestselling author and speaker, and featured on various local and national radio programs. For over 20 years Gloria has been committed to the prevention of child abuse and is the co-founder and current President of CARTE-Child Abuse Resolved Through Education, a 501C3 non-profit organization. 
Gloria has two grown children who are both thriving in their respective professions, and she is the proud grandmother of three grandsons and one granddaughter.
