About LEAP

Leadership Education Action Programs (LEAP) was originally founded over 20 years ago to provide personal and professional development programs for individuals and business.

LEAP is the major supporter of CARTE-Child Abuse Resolved through Education, a 501C3 organization and the STARR Program for teen girls and women victims of domestic violence.

LEAP is all about providing professional and personal development programs to employees and middle management in a half-day interpersonal skills/communication Color Code workshop and in a one-day workshop for team-building and leadership. LEAP also offers dynamic, professional coaching for entrepreneurs and executives.

The personal growth division of LEAP currently produces two, Partner in Excellence (PIE) Courses per year for women who want to excel both personally and professionally in their lives. PIE Courses have been offered in Boise, ID, Pittsburgh, PA, Orange and Ventura Counties, CA and Sacramento, CA. This personal growth course has hundreds of graduates, is extremely successful, and in its 6th year.

LEAP also provides several group coaching programs to individuals and corporate with Gloria Manchester, Life and Emotional Intelligence Coach, Color Code Trainer and Nutritional Coach. Along with other coaches the HEALS Teleseminar and Coaching Model for Weight and Health Management over a 6-week period covers, nutrition, exercise, general health, meditation and goal setting with partner and coach accountability.

Another course added by LEAP is the STARR Course for all teen girls, ages 13-17. This exciting two and a half day course is specifically designed for teen girls to launch them on a journey of discovery, identity and purpose. Our mantra is RETHINK Everything! We develop and renew our courses based on the response from our participants. We want them to continue growing emotionally. All parents want their daughters to be stars, armed with self-esteem and self-confidence, learn to communicate effectively, and set boundaries in order to develop healthy relationships.
